Olivia is a Clinical Psychologist and the Director of Collected Minds. With over 15 years experience, she is passionate about supporting clients to develop meaningful goals and live life more consistently with their personal values. Olivia adopts a collaborative, client-centred approach, tailoring her work to the unique needs of the individual. She utilises a range of evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
In addition to her clinical work, Olivia is an AHPRA board-approved supervisor, available to work with psychologists undertaking the clinical psychology registrar program.
Olivia has worked in both the public and private sectors in senior management and clinical roles, gaining extensive experience in research and practice. Throughout her career, she has supported a diverse range of clients, including adults in acute psychiatric care, asylum seekers and refugees, and parents seeking strategies to enhance their children's development, behaviour, and parent-child relationship.
Olivia has a particular interest in the assessment and treatment of adult anxiety and related disorders, depression, trauma, stress, grief and adjustment. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to help individuals navigate life’s challenges.
Olivia sees adult clients (ages 16+) via Telehealth only.

Tania is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 15 years of Clinical Mental Health experience. Tania has worked both in community and clinical settings and her strengths are connecting with people in a real and meaningful way.
Her passion for therapeutic support started with her previous career in Outdoor Education where she saw the need for kindness and good listening skills to help people reach their goals and live to their fullest potential.
Tania worked with local people in their home environment to recover after the Black Saturday fires in the Kinglake and Flowerdale areas, which gave her strong trauma skills. She also has 10 years of working in home-based Palliative care where she developed a deep understanding of the supports needed for grief and loss with individuals and families.
Tania works from a strengths-based model and believes that everyone can be taught the necessary skills and strategies to live a healthier and more connected life. Tania is trained in narrative therapy, family therapy, and somatic therapies and is currently studying EMDR and Somatic Psychotherapy.
Tania has a degree in Applied Science/Human Movement and Nutrition, a Cert IV in Outdoor Recreation, a Cert IV in small business management, a Masters of Social Work and an Accreditation in Mental Health Social Work.
Tania lives on a property in the Yarra Valley and finds her balance in connecting with nature and grounding herself in her beautiful surrounds.

Dan is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families in clinical, community, and hospital settings. He brings a warm, grounded, and collaborative approach to counselling, tailoring his work to each person’s unique story, strengths, and goals.
Dan draws on evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). His practice is relational, client-centred, and grounded in systems thinking and grief-informed care. Dan holds additional training in psychology, having completed a first-class Honours in Psychology at Swinburne University, and integrates psychological and social work theory with practical counselling strategies to support meaningful, values-based change.
He has extensive experience supporting clients through life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, family separation and conflict, and complex personal or family dynamics. Dan also has a strong background in Out-of-Home Care, Child Protection, and Family Services, and is skilled in navigating the intersection of mental health with statutory and care systems. He works with individuals and families from all walks of life, including those navigating chronic illness, disability, or traumatic injury.
In addition to his counselling work, Dan teaches Master of Social Work students at La Trobe University and provides mental health education to GPs through the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dan works with adolescents (12+), adults, couples and families. Appointments are available via telehealth, with a limited number of face-to-face sessions offered in Mansfield, Victoria.

Julia is a Psychologist with over 15 years experience in psychology and workplace consulting. She has worked in both corporate psychology and senior management roles in the occupational psychology sector in both Australia and the UK, as well as smaller consultancies and her own counselling business.
Her clinical experience includes mental health disorders, dual diagnosis, chronic pain, occupational issues, adjustment disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety and adjustment disorder, utilizing cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution focused, interpersonal, acceptance and commitment therapy, existential approaches and contextual therapy. Her approach is to enhance her clients emotional capability to achieve pro-active, client focused, integrative and timely outcomes.
Julia’s understanding of human behaviour and her capacity to develop a detailed and authentic understanding of problems and challenges encourages a mentally healthier outcome for her clients. Julia also believes that the basis for all successful counselling is the development of a warm, respectful and empathic relationship, allowing for a collaborative approach in discussing problems, identifying goals and bringing about change.

Laura is passionate about living well. She strives to support people through whatever challenges life holds for them. She has a focus on wellbeing,
both mentally and physically, and she has an interest in the role of preventative healthcare to
enable people to live their best life.
Laura has a background in science, completing a Bachelor’s degree with honours at the
University of Sydney with a focus on human biology, physiology and biochemistry. She
completed her medical degree at The University of Queensland, along with a subsequent
decade of adventure in regional and remote Queensland. A tree-change brought Laura to
North East Victoria where she loves the ever changing environment that the four seasons
bring.
Laura has studied extensively with the Australian College of Nutritional and Environment Medicine (ACNEM) and the Institute of Functional Medicine. To this day, she continues to further her training in the mental health sphere, having already completed Advanced GP Mental Health Training. She is passionate about supporting whole body mental health, and collaborates with other clinicians to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.

Krystal has completed a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Medicine at The University of Melbourne. Since completion, she has honed her skills in rural General Practice, where she valued the importance of the doctor patient relationship, and the attention to wellbeing as a whole. Always seeking opportunities to extend her learning, Krystal has completed additional training in children’s and women’s health.

She is currently completing a Master of Social Work (Qualifying) and a Diploma of Counselling. She is committed to delivering a high-quality, seamless experience that supports both clients and clinicians at every stage of the care journey.

As a physiotherapist, Gabi has had extensive experience working in both public and private practice. She has also utilised Telehealth to deliver remote physiotherapy services.
Outside of work, Gabi enjoys Pilates, baking and spending time with her loved ones. Gabi is looking forward to supporting clients in any queries and concerns that they may have regarding their appointments.

She completed her Doctor of Clinical Psychology degree in 2006, and she has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including private clinics, public psychiatric services and research settings. Kate now balances her role at Collected Mind
