MENTAL HEALTH GP SERVICES
Our GP service focuses exclusively on the lifestyle and medical management of mental health and wellbeing. This includes:
- The preparation of GP Mental Health Treatment Plans (MHTPs) under the Medicare Better Access Initiative
- The review of MHTPs to support ongoing and effective management of mental health conditions.
- Liaising with Primary GPs to support overall clinical care (as requested)
- The provision of consultations focussed on lifestyle medicine strategies to support mental health and wellbeing, including evidence-based nutrition interventions.
- Collaboration with our clinicians to support integrative mental health care.
Collected Minds is open to referrals from anywhere in Australia. We currently service:
