MENTAL HEALTH GP SERVICES
Our GP service focuses exclusively on the lifestyle and medical management of mental health and wellbeing. This includes:
- Consultations to provide a re-referral for ongoing and effective management of mental health conditions
- Mental health medication reviews
- Liaising with Primary GPs to support overall clinical care (as requested)
- Consultations focussed on lifestyle medicine strategies to support mental health and wellbeing, including evidence-based nutrition interventions
- Collaboration with our clinicians to support integrative mental health care

We currently provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to employees of:

- Mansfield Shire Council
- Mansfield District Hospital
- Mt Buller Ski Lifts
- Yea & District Memorial Hospital
An EAP is a professional service provided by employers to support the mental health and well-being of their employees.
It offers confidential, short-term counselling to help individuals manage personal or work-related issues that may be affecting their performance, health, or general well-being.
